Marianna Charalambous

Team Leader

Marianna Charalambous is a US and EU national with a BSc in Accounting, an MBA in Information Technology, a Juris Doctorate in International Law and an LLM in Oil and Gas. She has worked in several States in the US and in Europe as both Regulatory Affairs and Legal Director for multinationals at local, Head of Area (15 countries) and European level positions. She has taught law at UCLAN, Cyprus and acted as a member of the Board of Directors of several organizations. Publications in oil and gas include: European Energy Journal:

Çağlar Türk

Green Line Trade Expert

Çağlar Türk has been serving as a Green Line Trade Expert in the EU One Stop Shop Project – Green Line Trade and Business Support Project since May 2025.

He is an experienced international trade and regulatory compliance expert with 13 years of professional experience in the fields of cross-border trade, business development, and EU legislation compliance consulting focused on export/Green Line trade.

Prior to joining the EU One Stop Shop project, he provided consultancy services to over 100 companies for seven years at the Cyprus Turkish Chamber of Industry and then for five years through his own consultancy enterprise.

Çağlar Türk completed his education with a Master’s degree in International Relations from Brunel University and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and International Relations from Middle East Technical University. He is fluent in English and Turkish.


Christina Tofitziki

Office Manager

Christina Tofitziki is a lawyer and member of the Cyprus Bar Association. She is a graduate of the University of Hull and of Manchester Metropolitan University where she has acquired a law degree LL.B. (Hons) and a holder of the Legal Practice Course (LPC) accordingly. She has previously worked in Manchester, Brussels and Nicosia in various legal positions. Utilising her legal knowledge, she supports the team in legal, commercial as well as administrative tasks that arise throughout the life of EU One Stop Shop. She has very good knowledge of the English and Greek language.
